I was born in a Filipino Chinese family. The mixture of both cultures and heritage showed me a different view of this country. My travels to my father’s country made me realize that I can never be just a Filipino nor a Chinese, I will always be both. So, I am here not to say I am half Chinese, but rather, that I am half Filipino, and I am proud of it.
